My daddy is great

This is a funny forwarded messege that arrived on my email today. I thought I would share it with you. I read it and looked back into my life and about people I know, and realised how true this is or can be.

At the end the love and the respect that we have for our parents for bringing us up with the love, care, education, (pocket money) and a whole lot of other things can never be forgotton or compared with any other materialistic thing in the whole wide world.

Here is how a SON or a DAUGHTER seem to think about HIS or HER father(may be mum too) as they grow up.

At 4 years
My Daddy is great.
At 6 years
My Daddy knows everybody.
At 10 years
My Daddy is good but is short tempered.

At 12 years
My Daddy was very nice to me when I was young.

At 14 years
My Daddy is getting fastidious.

At 16 years
My Daddy is not in line with the current times.

At 18 years
My Daddy is becoming increasingly cranky.

At 20 years
Oh! It's becoming difficult to tolerate daddy. Wonder how Mum puts up with him.

At 25 years
Daddy is objecting to everything.

At 30 years
It's becoming difficult to manage my son. I was so scared of my Daddy when I was young.

At 40 years
Daddy brought me up with so much discipline. Even I should do the same.
At 45 years
I am baffled as to how my daddy brought us up.
At 50 years
My daddy faced so many hardships to bring us up. I am unable to manage a single son.

At 55 years
My daddy was so far sighted and planned so many things for us. He is one of his kind and unique.

At 60 years
My daddy is great.

Thus, it seem to take 56 years to complete the cycle and come back to the First stage.

Parents are the greatest!!!!

Enjoy!

Hurray!!! I can upload images finally

Dosen't it feel good when things just work!!!! I struggled a lot yesterday trying to figure out what was going on whilst I was uploading images of Modhera Sun Temple. My blog just went busted. I guess I was the only one who thought it was.

Koan told me today that she saw all the pictures. That was even strange. Koan, i think you have seen all these images earlier. I will be posting a few more soon.

So these pictures are of the Sun Temple in Modera in Gujarat. It is a testimony to the architectural virtuosity and devotional fervour of the times. Its a good place to visit when you are in India. More about this architectural marvel here or here.

Enjoy.

I tried posting some pictures yesterday on my blog. But since then the blog doesn't seem to work anymore. So I went and deleted all the posts for yesterday on my blog hoping that it would work but in vain. This post is just another trial to see if it gets back on track again.
